In terms of atmosphere it’s the best Starbucks in Tokyo. It has a lovely outdoor terrace that looks out at the green trees and shops along the river. This is the first Starbucks I’ve gone to in Japan that has outlets. On the second floor, the outlets are located on the giant table up the stairs to the left and left again.
