Unfriendly and ill-mannered staffs. Seems like they judged people based on looks. I live around there and went down in sweater & jeans to buy around 5 Sakura mugs but then was told to not touch a mug when I just wanted to check if they're heavy, have a strong cap.. etc. Then, while I was looking around, another lady who dressed up in a nice coat came up and grabbed the mugs right in front of me, flipped them side by side, and got no warning from the staff.

The interior is decorated with paintings and other decorations to create an atmosphere, but due to the nature of the building, one can't deny the feeling of antiquity here and there. There are stairs and an elevator to the second floor seating area (though the elevator is somewhat difficult to find), and although there are a few seats on the first floor, the entrance is stepped, making it difficult for wheelchair users and other physically challenged...
