Excellent tantanmen noodles to be found here for around 900 yen. Known as dan dan noodles in China, the Japanese version retains the spicy broth and minced pork. This restaurant also serves a small variety of other Chinese dishes too and they all seemed popular with the local patrons, who were queuing up for a spot. Seating space is limited to just one counter, with around 10 seats, but service was brisk and patrons don't hang around so your wait shouldn't be too long.
