Steak Bikkuritei — Restaurant in Tokyo

A local steak/ hamburger diner with great atmosphere. The server is a lovely and kind hearted old lady who took great care of us.

Ordered a Hamburg steak served with large rice and consommé soup. The Hamburg steak was delicious, with the right texture and rich Demi-glacé sauce with the sides of baked potato, broccoli, and carrots.

We also ordered a Caesar salad and fried Conger eel, both being absolutely delicious. The Caesar salad was mildly acidic and sweet, accompanied by a perfectly poached egg.

The fried Conger eel was cooked to perfection, with the crispy outer layer and soft texture of the fish, dipping it in their tartare sauce created a harmony of flavors.

Their dessert pudding tasted great as well, with the right level of sweetness and texture, it is rare to find these high quality dishes in this area.

Absolutely loved the dining experience here overall! Considering how it only cost us around ¥4000 for everything we’ve ordered, I consider it a bargain and will definitely come...

いつでも行けると思いつつ、全然行けてなかった。 ランチだと、つい蒲田まで足伸ばしちゃうのよね。 これではいかんと、行ってきました。

こういうとこだと、ハンバーグを選びがちだけど、ここはやはりステーキだなと バベットステーキランチ160gをミディアムレアで注文。 バベットは色々解釈があるようだけど、ここでハラミのようだ。

まず玉子スープが運ばれた。塩味の美味しいスープ。 ステーキ屋の醍醐味とでもいうか、肉の焼ける匂いが漂ってくる。期待値が高まったところで、着皿。

まずは、なにもつけずそのまま食べる。赤身だけど肉汁もあり、絶妙な歯応えで旨い。このままでも充分旨さ。でも次はちょっと塩を降ってみる。肉の味がちょっとだけ強調された感じ。次にステーキソースを掛けてみる。ほぼ醤油の味である。結論はそのままが一番旨かった。ご飯が進む。

160gでも、満足できた。本音はもうちょっと欲しいけど、最初想像してたよりは充分な量だった。値段を考えるとコスパはよいステーキだと思う。 旨かった。もっと早く来れ...
