Sukiya Uguisudani — Restaurant in Tokyo

This beef bowl shop is located near Uguisudani Station (North Exit) and serves different beef and pork bowl dishes. Ordering was made smoother with the help of tablets installed in each table and counter seats with various foreign languages including English, Chinese and Korean. Special requests can also be done with the installed tablet (like extra / less topping; extra / less broth, etc.).

As for the service, I was very disappointed with the Vietnamese staff here yesterday afternoon. They didn’t greet their customers and they were busier talking in their foreign language at the back kitchen. I have nothing against them speaking their native language but at least can they prioritize their job? After eating I went to the counter to pay and I had to scream at the top of my lungs just to call them. Nobody was manning the counter for payment and if there are other things the customer needs! 友善、禮貌、樂於助人，這些是我在去日本之前對日本的印象，也正是基於這些良好的印象，我才敢於在不懂日語的情況下帶著家人選擇去日本旅遊。由於看到門口寫有“有中文菜單”所以我們選擇了這家餐館，這是我們來日本的第一頓早餐，也是我們第一次和日本人接觸，我們帶著興奮和好奇走進了餐館想好好享用我們在日本的第一頓早餐。當時店裡有一個女孩和一個男孩，我們找女孩要了中文菜單，看好後我們想要點餐，這時男孩拿著點菜器為我們點餐，可能由於我們對套餐和單點的表述不太清楚，用簡單的英語和這個男孩說了幾句后，令我們完全沒想到的是，這個男孩憤怒的，對！就是很憤怒的摔掉了手中的點菜器臭著臉走掉了，弄得我們一行人尷尬涼在一邊不知如何是好。過了一會男孩回來拿起點菜器又讓我再次點菜，可是沒想到我們還沒說兩句他又摔掉點菜器憤怒的走掉了。這種情況我們在其他國家從來沒有遇到過，我們氣憤的想要直接離開這家店，但是出於禮貌我們還是留了下來，最后是一位女孩耐心的為我們點了餐。我們很鬱悶的吃完了第一頓早餐。從餐館出來后孩子們還在問我,我們做錯了什麼，那個人為什麼生我們氣？這次經歷讓我們感到十分的意外，讓我們的日本游有了一個很不好的開始，給我們在後面的行程中造成了很不好的影響，後來我們每一次需要語言交流的時候都非常緊張，幸運的是我們後面再也沒有遇到這樣的人。真心希望我們遇到的這個男孩是越南人。 Friendly、politely、helpful these are my influences on Japanese，so even I can't speak Japanese ，I still choose to travel to Japan。Because there is a Chinese menu，So we chose this restaurant。This is our first breakfast in Japan，It's also our first contact with Japanese。We asked a girl for a Chinese menu。A boy ordered for us ，A boy took a Order machine to order for us 。Say a few words with the boy in simple English，Maybe We don't have a clear idea of the combo meal。Then can't imagine he will do this， The boy threw his Order machine ，Go away angrily 。All of us  at a loss！About five minutes later，the boy back，but Just a few words。He threw the Order machine and Go away angrily again。We were very angry at this time，We want to leave this restaurant。But we do not have to leave because of politeness。Finally, a girl patiently ordered for us 。We had a very unpleasant first breakfast 。After the restaurant out, the children were still asking me“What did we do wrong?”This experience makes us feel very surprised，Our Japanese tour have a very bad start 。It has had a bad effect on our entire trip。The next few days we were nervous every time we needed language。Fortunately, we have never encountered someone...

最悪外国人差別対応 店内余裕、しかし挨拶もせず顔も出さないスタッフです。 奥に空いているテーブル席を利用しましたが、お水も提供してくれません(他の客には何度も水を店員が持ってきてくれました) メニューが出てきましたが、私が座っている側ではなく、私の隣の席に食べ物を置いて行きました 他の案内もせずにまた入ってしまった店員さんです さらには牛丼定食に含まれる味噌汁と卵もくれませんでした 再び店員を呼んで出てこなかったことを説明しました。 店員はわかったと言った後、私たちに大きなため息をつきました それから繰り返されるため息です ただ夕食を食べに来たのが間違いですか？
