Suragan — Restaurant in Tokyo

Upscale Korean restaurant, my Korean friend says the taste is much for suited for the local taste.

A bit unfortunate as the venue was nice but the attentiveness and service of the staff were poor. Encountered 3 of them, they served food without enthusiasm, not sure where their eyes are looking at. During payment, they said ‘thank you’ while looking on the ground. Ouch, didn’t expect that to happen in Japan. Definitely not...

Its honestly not what i was expecting and it doesnt taste or feel like korean food. The bulgogi was basically steamed with veggies. I wanted it to be more bbq and sizzling.

The kimchi was good. The pancake was good too.

The drinks are way too expensive. 1750 yen for one bottle of soju is craziness. 6500 yen for a bowl of makkori.

It just didn’t leave me satisfied. Very disappointing when bulgogi...

It was very decent Korean food, however if you are looking for something more authentic, I would recommend searching elsewhere.
