Our dining experience at Sushi Gonpachi in Shibuya was nothing short of extraordinary. The quality of the food was truly exceptional – every piece of sushi was a testament to the craftsmanship and attention to detail that Sushi Gonpachi is known for. The main reason we booked this place was to check out the famous "Kill Bill scene" venue, and check out the vegan sushi menu that their sushi restaurant has recently started.

In India, we get really good vegetarian sushi and we were curious to get as close an experience to the authentic Japanese sushi. The sushi was okay, I preferred the Sushi roll to the assortment of vegan Sushi. What my husband and I really, really enjoyed though were the grilled vegetable skewers!

The service was excellent. It helped that the service team could understand and converse in English.

First time coming here with my boyfriend. We are not from Japan. They sat us right away. The server never came back around to take our order for drinks and we were completely ignored for 30min. That’s when we decided to leave. Maybe they don’t like foreigners. The restaurant was not busy and there was a big family celebrating their son’s birthday. The bald headed white guy look like he was the owner. He must be from Ukraine because there was a flag displayed by the entrance of the restaurant.
