My wife and I walked in without a reservation. The server was kind enough to let us know that the menu is available in course-format only, which we were fortunately already aware of.
She guided us to a private room (of which I believe all accommodations for guests are in private room situations) where we selected our meal as well as the drinks. It is worth noting that this restaurant has excellent array of sakes.
It goes without saying that food was absolutely phenomenal - both the brand pork and wagyu beef were absolutely delicious, the vegetables were fresh, and the dashi(broth to dip your shabu-shabu) with scallion add-on was just the cherry on top.

Read moreAbsolutely delicious Dashi-shabu (a variation on shabu-shabu with a particular broth) in a beautiful restaurant full of private tatami rooms. We ordered copious plates of gorgeous beef, pork, crab, fish and vegetables. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, and the restaurant has English menus as well as English language explanations of all the fresh, bountiful ingredients, many of which are particular to Japanese cuisine. Our waitress was genuinely kind, taking an interest in our trip to Japan and delightfully explaining various parts of our meal. The location is hidden away down a quiet, lovely side street but is nonetheless easy to find, just off the Nishi-Azabu crossing. Highly...
Read moreI found this restaurant in a youtube video and I immediately saved it in my “must visit “ list. I’m so glad I did because this had been one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Most of the sets are very expensive but I found one that was ¥5000 on their website and asked for it. The set comes with multiple courses, making it very worth the price. The services Inagaki Yuka-san provided was also impeccable and she provided an english “how to eat shabu-shabu” guide which was super helpful. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough and I will...
