Tachihira is a must-visit restaurant. Their dipping noodles are an absolute standout dish that will leave you craving more.
Firstly, the texture of the noodles is nothing short of perfect. They are cooked to al dente perfection, with just the right amount of bite to them. The consistency of the noodles allows them to hold the dipping broth without getting too soggy or losing their flavor.
Speaking of flavor, the broth that accompanies the noodles is truly exceptional. It's rich, savory, and full-bodied, with a depth of flavor that can only come from using the finest quality ingredients. The broth has just the right amount of saltiness to complement the noodles perfectly, without overpowering them.
One of the things that makes Tachihira's dipping noodles so special is the attention to detail that goes into every aspect of the dish. From the perfectly cooked noodles to the fragrant broth, every element of the dish is carefully crafted to create a culinary experience that is truly unforgettable.
Whether you're a noodle aficionado or simply looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, Tachihira's dipping noodles are a must-try dish. So if you're in the area, make sure to stop by and indulge in this culinary delight – you...

All in all, a very nice and traditional experience at a even...
