Tenkaippin - Akihabara — Restaurant in Tokyo

I have to say that the food is pretty decent. The soup was flavourful, the noodles were firm and chewy, the fried rice was nice, and the gyoza was delicious. My only complaint was that the staff was quite rude. So I was quite taken aback from the staff rudeness given that Japan pride itself for great hospitality and service. I am not a “karen” customer and generally don’t cause any trouble and usually won’t ask for anything extra so to inconvenience anyone. So to be rude to me means something must be really wrong...

One of my favourite ramen restaurant, tenka ippin. Honestly, I don’t really like the chain ramen restuarant as I prefer to go to a stand alone ramen shop that have their own originality. However, tenka ippin is different as they have their own original soup, that tick chicken broth soup that makes me come back every now and then. I can't agree with reviews that ramens are delicious here, because I got cement with a noddle in it. I payed for the ramen with egg, but I didn't get any egg.
