Had a reservation and was escorted up to the restaurant. Staff speaks fluent English. Despite having a reservation, we got put in a back corner table when ones were open that had a much better view of Tokyo tower. This was really only an issue because in being sat here, we were put next to a family with young children that screamed the entire time. Options were available to seat us away from them and it didn't happen which ruined our atmosphere a bit. Later furthered escalated by a work party in the private room behind our table who were extremely loud. Finally, when making a reservation we were not informed about the Halloween party event. 30 minutes into our reservation, loud club music by a live DJ began playing. We came for a relaxing and quiet dinner, as advertised with the elegance and price tag this place carries and instead were thrown into the middle of a night club while paying high rise / expensive prices for food. Thankfully, we had a 20% discount from their website. My final issue is that my husband was offered the drink menu throughout our dinner but I was ignored. Not sure if this is a culture thing but as the person who did all of the speaking, had the ability to speak Japanese if it was needed, and paid our bill, it was very frustrating to be treated as an accessory to my husband.
