Super delicious udon! We first selected our base - I had the concentrated broth with soft boiled egg and my husband had the butter, cheese and raw egg. You must order first and walk towards the cashier. On the way to the cashier there are add ons like deep fried food and toppings which you can add to your udon bowl.
