We are here in Tokyo on holiday with kids, and decided to have an adults night out. We had seen Yakitori Toritetsu a few times on our way back from the train station to the hotel. We decided to try it today. The food was so good - the meat, vegetables and sides. The drink-all-you-want promotion was also great. We were served by a very polite, helpful and friendly staff named Biplove who made our dining experience even better. We will definitely recommend this outlet and chain to friends who visit Tokyo!

There is not a single positive thing about this place. I was given rock hard FROZEN raw chicken (see photo). The staff can’t speak Japanese or English. Multiple dishes were out of stock but the staff couldn’t even explain that in Japanese. Also, smoking is allowed here so the entire place was full of smoke and smelled terrible.

Went to eat japanese kachudon this friday!! Well prepared with good taste! And its a chicken kachudon wow! Finally we found the place where we can communicate easily in english! See u around good people! Cheers!!

Multiple dishes were out of stock but the staff couldn’t even explain that in Japanese. Also, smoking is allowed here so the entire place was full of smoke and smelled terrible.
