Trattoria NOBI — Restaurant in Tokyo

We just came for a quick drink before call it a night, but the food and service was way beyond what we expected. Normally when I dine in Japan I’d judge a restaurant with their otōshi, and this place just have such a well thought through and delicately executed appetizer plate. This restaurant was a lucky find as we were searching for another Italian style restaurant in Ginza. We were greeted by our host with much enthusiasm and a wonderful smile. Despite no Japanese skills on our part, she helped us choose dishes and drinks with patience and kindness. The chef produced several dishes of outstanding quality and interest.
