**Restaurant Review at Toyoso Market** During our visit to Toyoso Market, we were faced with a wide variety of dining options, but we ultimately chose this restaurant, located in the hallway leading to the tuna auction lookout. The wait wasn't long, and although there were many options, what really stood out to us was that, aside from us, most of the diners were Asian, which gave us the feeling that we were in an authentic place, frequented by those who know the local cuisine well. The service was another aspect that pleasantly surprised us. The chef, always cheerful and conversational, interacted with all the tables, creating a very friendly and fun atmosphere. His enthusiasm for cooking and engaging with the diners made our experience even more special. As for the food, words can hardly describe it. We chose the Omakase, and every dish served was simply exceptional: fresh, delicious, and bursting with flavors that made each bite unforgettable. It’s a place we would definitely return to again and again. Highly recommended!

The staff are incredibly friendly and inviting. The service was extremely quick and they were happy to accommodate us. We had the 6 piece sushi with conger eel and salmon roe, the grilled seafood, and the baked japanese beef. The service was very fast and made right in front of you at the counter. Everything we ordered was delicious and the prices were good. On average, we each spent between 1000-10,000 yen per person. I'd highly recommend checking them out if you are in the area!

It is a restaurant which is slightly cheaper and opens until 5pm. Other restaurants close at 2pm. We ordered Tuna rice bowl and Omakase Sushi set. Tuna and shsui looks good. Nigiri tastes fresh but surprisingly does not taste as good as expected. The miso soup tastes very good tough. If you would like to experience the top grade Nigiri experience, probably Toyosu market is not the right place to come.

It is a restaurant which is slightly cheaper and opens until 5pm. Other restaurants close at 2pm. We ordered Tuna rice bowl and Omakase Sushi set. Tuna and shsui looks good. Nigiri tastes fresh but surprisingly does not taste as good as expected. The miso soup tastes very good tough. If you would like to experience the top grade Nigiri experience, probably Toyosu market is not the right place to come.
