simplicity at its finest

a good burger has good parts, a great burger is greater than the sum of its good parts — Yokozuna Burger is the latter. there are no fancy tricks or embellishments here masking what their burgers are composed of, and that's for the better.

my order was for a single patty topped with bacon, cheese, and garlic, as well as a side of fries

buns: pillowy with a nice chew; patty: well seared yet maintained juiciness and a bouncy texture; bacon: authentic Western-style streaky bacon accentuates with a far-from-overwhelming smokiness; garlic: chips toasted for a perfect nuttiness and crunch; condiments and accoutrements: thick cut tomato, heavy splatter of yellow mustard, a small pinch of shredded lettuce; fries: thick cut steak fries, delicately salted, crisp exterior and fluffy interior, not greasy at all, and comes with a fried hunk of sweet potato

of course, there were parts that could be better (or at least suit my taste more): i'd prefer the bacon to be a little crispier and the patty to be seasoned with a little more complexity

portions are good, especially considering the price tags, and that makes for very good value

Yokozuna's burgers may not pack a haymaker with a huge impact, but all of the little things they do are simply done very well. there's no mistaking the quality and thoughtfulness in its composition — every detail has been examined under a microscope and...

Nice little cozy burger place. Located close to the station and hotel I was staying at. Went for lunch and got an avocado burger and bacon burger. Only took 5 minutes and I took a nice stroll through the park before eating.

An individual burger may seem small, but is actually filling contrary to other reviews. Did not order the fries, maybe next time, but no regrets as it would have been too much.

Patties are nice and juicy, as well as thick. Comes with the standard onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, mustard, raw onions, and pickle. I’m not a surgeon so I’m not going to dissect the burger. And each came with respective avocado, fresh and tasty, and bacon, one big piece near crispy, respectively.

It was fast and tasty and highly recommended. Also, there’s English and the staff speaks English as well. Keep things simple, it’s burgers and fries. Don’t make it...

So after I took the official delegation from the US there (previous review), i just went there for myself. I only planned to taste their regular burger the Yokozuna. Great! Juicy, fresh, crunchy and soft at the same time, thanks to all the ingredients. So i decided for the Bacon burger next. Same result but with the pleasure of a good bacon slice. (I wish the bacon slice was thicker as i am a bacon lover). So to continue this combo of pleasure. I ended up ordering their garlic burger aaaaaand it did not disappoint.
