Ikspiari Kitchen — Restaurant in Urayasu

The young woman who took order from 6:30 pm~7:00 pm on Apr 1 at the Korean food counter had really bad attitude. She seemed to be impatient when I was thinking which items to choose from the menu. When I finished the payment, as the area in front of the counter is very narrow, I moved to the area behind the queue-up line, to wait for the food. And that’s when she started raising her voice at me in front of everybody and requested me to return to the line next to the cashier counter. I never expected to be treated like that. She did not give a full instruction when I finished ordering but was angry at me and raised her voice!? What kind of service like that?! I also observed her bad attitude when taking orders from other guests, especially foreign guests. She did not wear a name tag so I don’t know her name.

And the woman who prepared the food, she gave me a dirty spoon and did not say apology when I asked for an exchange.

This terrible experience ruined my dinner time badly that I felt the food...

This food court offers a good mix of cuisine comprising Western, Chinese and Japanese food. Udon stall had the longest queue, but unfortunately it was not very tasty. The tempura was cold and hard. Grilled pork bowl was much better. Kids meal from various stalls came with a toy, dessert and fruit juice. Overall, this place is clean and well maintained. They also have a water station, providing complimentary plain water and disposable napkins for customers. However, this food court is rather small and it gets really busy...

■よつばの香（讃岐うどん）　待ち無し うどんはコシ、歯ごたえもしっかりあって1本1本長さもあるのにこれを0分提供できるのはすごい 出汁は煮干し系っぽいけど昆布出汁かと思うくらい透き通ったスープで濃くなくさっぱりしてて美味しい！

■石焼ビビンバ BIBI（石焼ビビンバ）　待ち無し ピリ辛で具もシャキシャキしてて最高！ このクオリティで提供が早いのはうれしい！ 器が熱くて重いので小さい子連れで頼む時は要注意！！
