BALLPARK BURGER &9 — Restaurant in Yokohama

Do not eat at this place! I went in there with my friend to get a burger and we found a hair in his burger after he was almost completely done with it.

The waiter took his plate with french fries and stole everything on it, the manager came back and said sorry. They will comp for us for our drinks only

He lost these fries and we got comped for two fountain drinks which probably cost them 35 yen.

It was absolutely unbelievable! And it was a hair in the beef like mixed in. It wasn't like laying on the plate. It was in the Patty. He had to pull it out with strength.

If they would have came up and said sorry you don't have to pay for your food or something I would understand but to come up and just say we'll compue your fountain drinks and still took his plate with his french fries and everything cuz he hadn't even started eating his fries yet. Just being a little picky here but the bun to burger ratio was just a little too much. But that’s being extremely critical because otherwise my And9 burger was perfect! Getting extra crispy bacon here just isn’t a thing so you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit. But having a burger to prime your gut before indulging in all the beers served by the Bay stars beer girls is a must do! Be prepared to bring an appetite! These giant delicious burgers are the main attraction at this Ball Park. With lines building outside its no wonder. Over all the meat was tender. They even gave a pickle on the side for those that like pickles. The cheese was perfectly melted, no onions, the way I like it. Bacon lettuce and tomato.
