Honestly don’t go here! It’s one of the worst restaurants that I’ve been to and not worthy of being a “Brazilian Restaurant”. The place should close down because the staff don’t seem to even be bothered. Does the management bother to do regular checks? Are health standards inspections conducted?
I made a reservation here for my birthday and I regret that decision. From the moment we walked in the staff have no smile on their face. The customer service is so bad it’s pathetic, you’re getting paid why don’t you at least try to do your job properly?
The staff member who served us ignored me twice even though I clearly said yes that I would like a piece? The first time I left it because maybe it was a mistake but the second time it was on purpose and I had to raise my voice for her to apologize and she did so with a fake tone?
The picture you see is what I was served first? It’s simply just fat? When I asked for a better piece with more meat they denied and said we only serve fat? Racist? Or Discriminatory I don’t know what to make of it but the lack of care for customers is simple my atrocious.
I saw a staff member eating the food in front of customers which is appalling and the person who was cooking the meat was handling the equipment with no gloves while wiping the sweat of his face?
The taste is dry and salty and nothing like the branches in other countries.
Do yourself a favor and close down there are other restaurants who care more about their customers and who offer better food.
To the management team please go and check this restaurant? Why bother opening up a Churrasco in Japan if you haven’t seen what the other branches are like? The standards are appalling low?

Read moreBoisterous all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse. Optional all-you-can-drink, serve-yourself drink bar with beer, wine, lemon sour, and also soft drinks like fruit juice mixes.
The food comes out quick and regularly. Side dishes were cheese bread, potatoes, mushrooms, a big shareable salad. You can flip your coaster to the red side if you don’t want the staff to bring you food, keep it on the green side if you want to keep sampling everything they bring out.
‘Meats’ included various grilled chicken, beef, pineapple, chicken heart, and some rice roll things.
The all you can eat 20 types + side dishes and all you can drink comes out to about ¥6,000 yen.
For kids under elementary school age, it is something like ¥500 yen.
You can request a birthday plate or anniversary plate with a customised message when you reserve on Tablelog.
Friendly service. They speak some English and try their best to communicate. Mostly young people working.
They play music for the entire restaurant when the birthday dessert plate comes out, topped with a lit sparkler, and everyone cheers. It’s a fun time for both kids and adults.
Note — they have a couple of locations in Yokohama. This one is a 7-minute walk from Yokohama Station and can be accessed by stairs. (Not sure if they have an elevator.)
They cater for some allergies, so...
Read moreAs a group of non-Japanese diners, our table was often skipped over when our table was green by one waiter, who happened to have the rib roast for the night. The staff did not give a last call which they had in the past at the same restaurant. It was frustrating to receive lackluster service while witnessing adjacent tables be prioritized. Language was not an issue here as members of our party are long time residents who are fluent in Japanese.
As a whole, the atmosphere is better than comparable Brazilian bbq restaurants and the food was delicious when we received it. Service is severely lacking if...
