照り焼きバーガーって敬遠してのだが、食べたら、激旨でした。

先日ウーバーイーツで長者町二丁目交差点近くの"串焼き居酒屋KAZU"と言う店までチリバーガーと他のバーガー計2つを知り合いが店主夫婦に"是非、食べさせたい"と注文して届けて貰った。 事の発端は、焼き鳥屋で知り合いと飲んで居た時にその彼が"ウーバーイーツで旨いハンバーガーを見つけてねぇ"からだった。そして当方は"Codies"と認識してから、"良くここまで届けてくれるねぇ"と感心した次第。知り合いも"近くにあれば食べに行きたいね。そっちの方が旨いに決まっているからさ"と言っては居るが、それでも配達されて来るバーガーでも相当に旨いらしい。もう美味しさを知っている当方は食べなかったが、焼き鳥屋の店主夫婦は2種類のハンバーガーを半分に切ってそれぞれの味を堪能して高評価、好感触だった。で、 その時の写真を掲載する。20分位の配達時間でその間、余熱でパティはウェルダン状態に成ってはいる。が、出来た時はミディアム状態であっただろう。当方はいつもそのハンバーガーを食べていてお腹を壊したと言う事はない。いつも美味しいと思って完食している。 大体、"生焼け"でお腹を壊すと心配で食べられないなら、作り直しをさせるべきだと思う。ハンバーガーとしては良い値段を取る店なのだから、それぐらいはして当たり前だろう。それが出来ない店なら、当方でも辛辣なレヴューを書くであろう。それに、お腹を壊すか心配で食べられなかったって言う人が味はいいと思いますだってェーーーッ!? 爆笑ですね。一つしかレヴューが無いのも、サクラかッ!?って下衆の勘繰りで疑っちゃうんだけどォッ! ! 店側の方も注文を取る際に"通常はミディアムでの商品提供ですが、お好み通りに調理します" 的な対応をすべきでしょうね。 ホントにアメリカ化して来ちゃっているよなぁ。が、"転ばぬ先の杖"だからねぇ。 的外れな事を言われてそしてそれで評価されたら、お店の方だけが困る訳だしねぇ。評価する方は"投げっ放しジャーマン"で責任は一切負わない訳だから、気楽なモンだよね。

－－－－－ ダブルチーズバーガーを食べようと思って出かけたが、流石にキツそうな気もして居た。で、Today's Specialを聞いたらチリバーガーだと言うので、変更。これも美味でした。アツアツのチリソースなので湯気も立って食欲をそそります。で、ハンバーグを受け止めるBunも照りは綺麗でパンもふっくらでこれまたナイス。手で押し潰して頬張ると満足感がありますね。"ポンパドール本店"さんに特別に焼いて貰っているとの事。納得でした。で、綺麗な照りと胡麻の色合い、見事です。流石はポンパドールさんですね。しっかり美味しいパティをサポートしてます。

The Chief Bartender of Bar Sea Guardian ll in Hotel New Grand recommended this restaurant to me. At the last time, I really enjoyed visiting this Codie's so I would like to visit again to eat "Double Cheeseburger." However, Double Cheeseburger was too much for me so I asked Today's Special. The Clerk replied "Chili Burger." Then I changed my mind to enjoy Chili Burger. Chili Burger is very good too. Chili sauce is hot so I could enjoy watching steam that stimulated my appetite. The bun is very soft and top is very good shine. It is pretty. And also, it is pretty easy for eating to press a hamburger then bite it. You can get satisfaction about its Quality. Their Bun is baked by "Pompadour." No wonder, the bread quality is very good and top of bread contrast is very pretty with "Teri" and Sesame. I really like those two's matching.

Taste is good. They put several seasonings and Beef Tallow to Patty so it is Tasty. This point is Big Difference from ordinary Burgers in US. And also, the Cook broiled a Patty very well, this is why Patty is very Juicy. Then Quantity is pretty Big, however, I will try "Double Cheeseburger" the next time because taste is so good. I really like their floor. It looks like very clean and shiny. The owner chose good...

I was here on the 5th of April this year. I was in Yokohoma very briefly just to pick up a package from a warehouse, but I wanted to find something to eat meanwhile and I was curious about this restaurant so I entered.

I am late with my review because this is the first time I decided to write one, but I feel like this was easily the best burger I have ever eaten.

The Guacamole salsa burger and Strawberry shake that I ordered that day were very big and tasted so good that I hope I will come back here the next time I return to Japan again.

Whenever my friends ask me for food recommendations in Japan I always mention the experience I had in codie's! I wish the best in the future for this restaurant's staff and owner who are also very kind and friendly people. Everything...

Without a doubt this place is able to embody the spirit of American burger restaurant fare. It feels like as you enter you are transported across the sea.

The burger I ordered was the bacon cheese burger and it was cooked perfectly. It was served with a side of thick cut fries that were lightly salted. I would have to say if you like burgers and western style food, this place is highly recommended! I also ordered the 4 year anniversary onion rings which were perfect.

The staff was very nice and happy to serve.

The restaurant itself is a bit small but can fit around 14 people or so.
