Kohikan Isezaki Chojamachi — Restaurant in Yokohama

Arrived around 10:30am on a Wednesday. There were very few customers. Calm atmosphere and kind staff. Personally a great way to start my morning.

I had the hot dog morning set with charcoal roasted coffee. Hot dog was okay. Coffee was good, very smokey (personal preference). They poured the coffee in front of me from a siphon.

I also bought a happy bag (2022 福袋) and was able to use the coffee ticket immediately. The staff was unsure about the ticket, as he kept going back to the counter to confirm what he was doing. Appreciate the confirmation, but he went over and back too much, hence the 4 stars...

モーニングサービスのハムチーズサンドセットはお値打ちだと思った。水菜主体のサラダが付いて当方の好みの焙煎の強いアイス珈琲と一緒に食せば満腹感も相当にある。で、値段も商品の質からすればかなりのお得感がある。

相変わらず、"サイホン、ドリップ式"って言っているのかなぁ？結構迷走したからねぇ。珈琲館グループは。

Googleに提案したいのはランク付けの基準を提示して貰いたい。例えば、 星5つ  絶対に常連になる。 星4つ  美味しい。頻繁に行きたい。 星3つ  自分から往訪する。 星2つ  誘われたら行っても良いかな？ 星1つ  誘われても行かない。行く価値が無い。等。

なぜ、当方がこんな事を書くか？理由は、お気に入りの店で店主始めみんな頑張っている店にやって来ては星を3つしか付けない人物が居て、そのくせその店には頻繁に往訪しているからだ。正直言って、店側の努力を汲んで上げられてない行動だと思う。で、また当方と行く店が重なるので腹が立つ。本人には"ミシュランでも星3つが最高だから"的な言い訳が有ろうが、アンタはミシュランの審査員じゃないッ ! !...
