I visited around 19:00 on weekdays. It's always crowded. There were 3 groups in front of me, but I was told to wait about 10 minutes. It is a set meal restaurant where you choose the combination of rice and soup and side dishes. We ordered Kenchin soup with plenty of mushrooms, five-grain rice + straw-grilled bonito tataki and horse mackerel namero set meal (1,330 yen including tax), and chicken fishballs with salt chanko soup, five-grain rice, grilled mackerel, and grated vegetables. The set meal came in about 5 to 7 minutes. First of all, it is a soup, but vegetables are tapped. The saltiness feels a little salty, but it's not enough to worry about. It's so delicious with a warm and relaxing taste. Straw-grilled bonito tataki is also fresh and delicious. The onion under the bonito is crunchy and very delicious. The horse mackerel is also tanned to perfection, and the aroma of horse mackerel spreads in your mouth. It's full of deliciousness. I ordered a normal serving of rice, but it was so much that I thought it wasn't a large serving. It's over 1000 yen, so it feels a little expensive, but considering the taste and volume, it's not expensive at all. If you eat at Yokohama Porta, please include this restaurant as an option. You won't regret it. Next time I would like to try the...
Read moreIt was crowded so we had to wait for a while but the food was amazing!! And the price was really reasonable! We ordered some dishes and after 2’ all the food was gone :) I read 1 review about the attitude of the staff, actually they are not rude, they’re just like that :)) dont use Japanese standards to measure Thai people ;) they’re different. And they are not rude :) From gg map it says the restaurant locates on B2 but actually it was on B1, and the Portal building doesnt have B2. So once you get down the escalators just turn left and go straight, it’s somewhere in...
Read moreMy friends and I have a fascination towards Thai food, we love the healthy options they are giving and also their respect to Japanese taste. They are giving enough options to their customer so they can easily adopt to the taste. Unlike other restaurants (they are well informing the customers the spice level if each food, they can also control the amount of cilantro their customers wanted, not so many people are fond of eating cilantro but we love it, they also have vegetarian options.) don't forget to order your yogurt...
