Waiting 20 minutes for someone at a station on a cold day doesn't feel so bad when hot chocolate is involved, the cafe is warm inside as well. Cream topping on the hot chocolate was so thick it lasted all the way to the last sip. Quite a few seats upstairs.

Nice Tully's, right on the Keikyu platform from Haneda Airport. There's a counter seat where you can people-watch, although trainspotting is not terribly exciting as it's all the same rolling stock! Seating is limited on the entrance floor, and we didn't try lugging our suitcases upstairs to...
