バー山猫 — Restaurant in Yufu

Visited bar yamaneko for two consecutive nights while staying at kamenoi besso in yufuin, it was hands-down one of the best bar experiences I’ve had.

Classy and intimate ambience, great hospitality from bartender Kentaro san and sommelier Kawamoto san. On the first night we encountered our first minor earthquake (due to earthquake in the Kagoshima sea)—we were a little worried but Kentaro san went over to accompany us and made sure we’re safe.

Their fruit cocktails were amazing and on the second night we tried Kentaro san’s original cocktails, all fantastic and he also gave us some bar recommendations in hakata.

quiet yet cozy bar with high quality drinks! we visited twice during our stay at kamenoi besso, and throughly enjoyed the experience.

Pro tip to ask for the fruit cocktails, which were fresh and truly representative of the fruits they were made from :)

I really enjoyed my time at this bar. Cocktails were fresh and delicious and the place is very cozy. It's an old sake(?) brewery that's been renovated into a cafe/bar. The bartender was kind and fun. I highly recommend if you want to do something fun at...
