This place is absolutely awful because staff and service is absolutely disgusting. Especially the administrator and the waitress. The food is average the drinks are average HOWEVER they have extremely high expectations of their customers! They say you cannot talk too loud and that you need to order something every hour yet they don’t even have separate toilet rooms for men and women! First time at a “Double Coffee” in Almaty – and I was genuinely surprised in the best way. They offer an interesting lunch menu where you can choose between three different types, all at a very reasonable price. I wasn’t very hungry, so I tried the cold “Okroshka” soup for the first time – and loved it. Also, a big thank you to the team: I accidentally left my wallet on the table (which never happens), and one of the staff ran after me on the street to return it....

Часто кушаем в “Double coffee” в Астане и в Алмате во всех локациях. Но, в данной локации сегодня администратор сказала моему больному мужу с тромбом в ноге сидеть ровно (не лежа). С тромбом в ноге сидеть долго нельзя.

Еда вкусная, официант была вежливая. Но администратор в данном заведении неуважительная! Кушаем мы не бесплатно, заказали достаточно много! Такого отношения и замечания от АДМИНИСТРАТОРА нам нигде не делали. Учитывая что супруг мой Американец. Спасибо администратору за негативный опыт гостю нашей страны.
