Percorso is a cozy little Italian bistro with charming decor that captures the essence of Italy. We snagged a table by the window, soaking in the inviting atmosphere and stylish touches.
FOOD:
The menu features Italian cuisine with an author’s twist, so don’t expect classic dishes. We tried the mushroom pizza on their signature aged, fermented dough. While the dough was tasty with a pleasant flavor, it wasn’t as airy as I prefer, and the topping felt flat and overly rich due to a ricotta base, with the promised truffle flavor barely noticeable, lacking vibrant notes. The four-cheese ravioli had smooth, even dough and a cheesy filling with a nice gorgonzola kick, but the overall flavor was too uniform and heavy from the cheese and sauce, missing a bright accent like pesto or teriyaki to give it some edge. The seafood sauté was underwhelming for the price; though the sauce was light and tasty and the crispy asparagus was a highlight, it didn’t quite meet expectations.
SERVICE:
The service was solid, with our waiter showing great knowledge of the menu, helping us choose dishes, and checking in with genuine friendliness to see if we enjoyed the food.
VERDICT:
Overall, Percorso left a pleasant impression with its atmospheric vibe, but it’s likely a one-time visit for us. Many dishes could use more dynamic flavor profiles to elevate the experience. Still, it’s a charming spot worth checking out for its cozy setting and creative take on Italian...
Read moreIt's a fine dinning restaurant. Very near and clean. Staff was very courteous. They have few English speaking staff. We visted this restaurant for dinner and near the closing the time. While they were preparing for closing, they were courteous to serve us. There was no wait time for table as it was empty.
We tried their sour dough pizza and pasta. Both were really good and delicious. For drinks we orders 2 hot chocolates, matcha latte, and RAF coffee. Out of 2 hot chocolates, one was thick and dark and was good. However, the other one was light and not thick and did not taste like the first one. We raised with the wait staff and she did replaced the drink but again it was not good. Other than that we had a good experience with food and ambience of...
Read moreA very cozy and ambient place to enjoy an Italian-flavored dinner. We had a small family dinner here, and the atmosphere nicely complemented our conversation, making the experience more enjoyable. I especially want to highlight the service provided by the waiter (Жәния is a top professional, hopefully I am correct with her name). It was neither intrusive nor dismissive, but instead polite, friendly, and sympathetic, which made our time even more pleasant. I would also like to note the high quality of the ingredients — the greens were fresh, clean, and crisp, as were the other components of the dishes. The pizza, along with its toppings, met high-quality standards as well. Thank you! I would definitely stop by again when I...
