The quality of food is mediocre. The size of portions was surprisingly "tiny" but the prices were multiple times higher in comparison to other places. We were charged KZT 1.500 for a single Samsa that usually costs no more than KZT 300-400 elsewhere, and in terms of size, it was even smaller than what you can generally get. We were forced to wait for almost 30 plus minutes for our meals (Lagman and Besparkam) to be served (it generally takes around 5-10 minutes at other places), and I was never delivered the chopsticks that I requested for Lagman. Worst of all the Lagman was served cold, which was quite a surprise for me. The place previously had a reputation for charging extra for superior quality and services and this is something what you would not find there now. The quality of their services has deteriorated significantly in comparison to what they used to be a couple of years before and they totally do not match with the overpriced mediocre food they deliver. I would definitely not recommend it when there are a number of better...
Read moreWow! This was my first time eating here, and it was amazing ! I didn’t know what to expect, but as soon as the food came, I knew it was going to be awesome. The portions are HUGEn! I was surprised when I saw my plate. it was so big, and everything looked delicious.
I ordered the Kazan Kabob, and now it’s my favorite food ever! The meat was so soft and juicy, and it had the best flavor. The rice was really good too. I kept eating and eating, but there was still so much food left ! It was like the plate never got empty.
The prices are really good too. You get so much food for a really decent price, which is awesome because I love big meals.
The restaurant is also really nice and clean, and the people who work here are friendly. They brought the food fast, and they were really nice when we asked questions. Oh! And they have an English food menu, which made it really easy to pick what to eat. That was super helpful!
I can’t wait to come back and...
Read more3 stars is maybe harsh but I give this rating with good reason. To begin with, the good points: nice outside seating area, the freshly baked bread was great, live singer was fun, menu in English. The bad point, and unfortunately the most critical: my food really wasn't very nice. I ordered a dish described as a "perch stew". Rather than a stew, what I received was deep fried, breaded perch on an insufficiently small cream sauce. The fish was really overcooked - dry fish and hard breadcrumbs, plus the oil was not fresh and left an unpleasant taste. For all the good things about this place, if the food is below standard then it's hard to give a very positive review. Guys, Google what stew means and either change the recipe or...
