I love this place. Its been an year since I was at a Pronto restaurant. They have many branches in town. My friend and I to try their spicy fish tacos and the chicken quesadillas and washed it down with avonuts milkshake and red velvet milkshake respectively. I didn't like the red velvet milkshake seemed not to be worth as the slice of red velvet cake was just minimal as for the avonuts milkshake my friend said its very healthy and what she was exactly looking for. The fish tacos were amazing I definitely recommend, though eat it carefully as fish bones tend to go unnoticed, as for the quesadillas it was so tastefully(NB/eat while hot. Let's not talk about the sauce, the sour cream it blend so perfectly with every dish. (please pack me a bottle of it😭) Damages were 950 each for the tacos and quesadillas... And 420 each for the avonuts and red velvet milkshake.

I can't speak for all the Prontos, as I've noticed there are a few around town, as for this one, the experience was underwhelming. We popped there Saturday morning for brunch, the place being recommended by a friend of ours. We were promptly welcomed by the staff and directed to a table of our choice on the balcony. Upon receiving the menu, I was already not impressed as it lacked in originality and variety, in my opinion. My oldest daughter ordered a nutella milkshake (we couldn't detect the taste of chocolate) and a waffle, which came out mostly burnt. My platter was disappointing. The springroll batter, because it was batter rather than the usual rice paper (but then, maybe that's how they make it locally), was too hard a thick. Same with the samoosas. The chicken was alright. The green smoothy I ordered was nice but room temperature as opposed to cold as it is often served in many places. The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff was attentive. It seems to be a place that maximises more on its name and location rather than the quality of the food it serves. It was a disappointing meal, to be honest.

We went there for an early dinner on a Saturday…the service was pretty good and it definitely makes up for the lack of flavors in some of the food. We ordered Wings and Chicken soup for starters, the chicken wings lacked taste but the chicken soup was pretty good and I would recommend it, however the bun that came with it was dry and flavorless. For drinks we had the kiwi lemonade, strawberry lemonade and a blue island lemonade…they were all mid, if I were to rate them I’d say a 5/10. For our mains we ordered loaded cheesy fries and mashed potatoes with steak…the loaded fries were amazing and I would highly recommend them but the beef and mashed potatoes were so bland. For dessert we ordered a slice of Black Forest but it was also dry. All in all, the staff was very nice and the service was A1 but the food did not fully match…it was a hit or a miss.

The restaurant is large and well aired to allow air and light in which was great. The food portions were large and would recommend their value for money and well priced I'd say. I had masala fries which were generally okay to me and a cocktail juice that for me was like a 3.5. I didn't expect it to be what it was. Their seats are quite squeezed the ones like a booth thing and we found it uncomfortable for a group. The service was a commendable strong 4, the orders were gotten right and the service was also fast. Generally they deserve the 4-star rating. Location is above Naivas that replaced the Uchumi on Agha Khan walk opposite the skate park which is really central unlike such restaurants that you find in upper town like Kilimanjaro etc.

I recently dined at Pronto Restaurant in Nairobi and had an absolutely delightful experience. I started with a warm, soothing soup that was bursting with flavor—perfectly seasoned and comforting.I also tried the Masala fries, which were a fantastic blend of crispy and spicy, offering a great twist on a classic. To top it all off, I enjoyed a cappuccino that was rich, smooth, and just the right balance of coffee and froth.Overall, Pronto Restaurant delivered on taste and ambiance. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in Nairobi!

Very very nice place to eat some good biriani . Especially the lamb biriani, it was well seasoned the lamb itself was so soft ..literally pull apart , the rice was well cooked the kind that separates one by one. Really loved the whole dish from the beginning to the end the flavours are rich. Paired it with their strawberry lemonade this wasnt my best as the lemon was too much for me but definetly try out their many other flavours. The whole dish was 880 ksh ( biriani + strawberry lemonade)which is not bad considering it is a very big plate of food.
