The setup was good, but I have to say the service was pathetic. I went there with my friend and ordered a matcha. I requested it to be served without sugar. The waiter mentioned it had condensed milk, so I asked for it to be made with regular milk instead. When it was brought to the table, it was extremely sweet—100% sugary and awful. I requested a different drink instead of the matcha, but they still charged us for the matcha we didn’t even drink.
The manager didn’t care to speak to us or offer any apology. His attitude was dismissive. The waitress, Maria, looked completely confused and had no idea what to say to us. It was only after we paid and were heading out the door that the manager finally came to talk to us.
Please improve your professionalism. You’re in the service industry, and all we wanted was a simple explanation about the coffee. The attitude you show your customers is unacceptable. Definitely not...

My mother in law ate there (beans and chapati) and fell ill. My wife had a stew and rice a couple of days later and also fell ill. The same day at different time not knowing my wife was unwell at home, I stopped for a bite (mushroom rice) and, yup you guessed it, I fell ill. While shared experiences should draw people together, food poisoning isn't one of them. Misery loves company, so my wife and I were miserably ill together and happy in our shared misery.
