Visited on 21st July 2025 and received horrible service. I ordered fish fingers which I’ve done before so I know the taste. Not all were fresh and I broke two pieces to show the wait staff they were not fresh and needed replacing. A waiter was sent to basically tell me they will not replace and they will charge me because for them the food is fresh. I would have been okay if they apologized or just took the feedback but the rude waiter made me escalate and call for Management. A lady by the name Stacy came and introduced herself as a director. She didn’t ask anything, just said the fish fingers were fresh because her daughter also ate them. At this point I asked her what her objective was when coming because clearly it was not to address a customer complaint. All this to say, good food cannot outlive bad service. I hope the owner helps her staff become more customer centric because we definitely want to support such businesses but not at the expense of rude staff.
I must mention though that our initial waitress Sharon was very kind and considerate about the whole issue. She served...
Read moreThis place is somehow hidden but when you get in there the experience is top notch. They serve amazing vegetables especially the traditional managu with milk. Their coconut Tilapia fish will leave you licking your fingers. It is a quiet place with a qood environment. You can have your meals outside as well. Customer care is great. I like the fact that they are following covid 19 rules. Each table is sanitized before settling down, sanitization and temperature checks done at the gate. For those that normally complain about ugali sizes is hotels and restaurants, this place won't dissapoint you with that. Also carry enough cash, your money will definitely be worth it at the end of the day. For those who cannot pay cash in hand, mpesa services are available, there is also enough parking space and grass where you can lie down incase you don't wanna sit on...
Read moreThe food was good, but the service wasn’t great. 1. Our server forgot to bring us certain parts of our meal unless we asked about it. 2. They charge a different price than what the menu says for certain foods (like the fish choma), won’t let you know until the bill comes, and be rude when you inquire about it. It’s understandable that certain foods are market price but they should make you aware before you order and generally not be rude. 3. Their google storefront says they close at 3 am when they actually close at 10 pm, so be mindful of when you show up since the food takes a while to arrive. We didn’t know this when we arrived and the server was being petty about us leaving despite the food only having arrived 20 minutes before they close and not offering takeaway. Overall I would’ve gone back if the service was better, but it left a poor taste...
