The only good thing about this restaurant is that it is on the top most floor and you can have a pretty descent view of Nairobi’s downtown. The seats next to the windows are extremely uncomfortable and very high, the tables are even higher hence you can’t even have your meal at ease. It is worse if you’re using a straw to drink from a glass because it is even higher now. The waiters have the poorest of coordination and up to 3 waiters can come ask you the same thing! Even worse, their old menus of poor quality are out of date, hence the actual prices are higher than what is written there, and the waiters will not tell you. They shall wait till you get the bill and go, oh sorry, that was to be 500 not 250, not exactly my case but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone found themselves in that situation. The waiter who bills you is not even the one who served you, and they just tell you bluntly, oh yeah, this is the old menu, like what the!!! I am not buying the old products am I? So after they force you to pay this new price that for some weird reason you should have no problem adding a few shillings they think. Then as if that is not enough they are not even remorseful, give you back your balance and just walk away. I think someone else should buy this place and make something great out of it, with a manager that does not just sit down like you did not ask for her to raise a complaint. Anyway, all I got here was a coffee, but wouldn’t even return for a glass of water. Very...

I have visited this restaurant twice before over the years and decided to visit again on Saturday 16th December 2023 for a birthday lunch for my friend. We were 8 of us. We ordered drinks first which were really good and didn't take long to be served. Everything went downhill when we ordered food. The food took like an hour to be served and we had to complain to get the process sped up. When we asked the waitresses, they kept saying our orders were almost done or that they're checking but they never got back to us. Two of us had ordered chips shawarma and once the rest of us got our food (and the rice was cold actually for those of us who had ordered rice), they still did not. On asking another waitress, she told us the chips shawarma was over. Mind you, the waitress serving us did not bother to inform us on the same. The other waitress asked them to change their orders but we informed her that they could not wait another hour to be served. She then came back with the two plates of chips shawarma, miraculously. The shawarma was cold but the chips were hot. At this point, we were hungry and did not want to wait yet again for the food to be warmed. On the plus side, we were allowed to cut the birthday cake at no extra charge. The atmosphere and lighting were also good. The drinks were good except the strawberry milkshake but the food was...

I had been told about this place for a while but I had not tried it yet. On a random weekday evening I found myself in Bihi towers and decided it was now or never. I was not disappointed. The place is modestly but beautifully decorated which I appreciated because it does not take away the attention of the view. The view of Nairobi CBD when you're sipping your hot coffee in this restaurant slaps different. The customer service is impeccable! They were a bit understaffed when I went but I could only tell that from counting the waiters. The service was very personal and made me feel welcomed. Their portioning is also very generous and leaves you filled with delicious food. I absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend. Also, try the banana split sundae when you visit. You...

For a place that's been operational for 7+ yrs and yet still maintain top notch customer service and make good food, you guys have done well. I was served so well. I came in when it was full and was asked if I wouldn't mind to wait just a little bit so that they get a table for me. That in itself will keep me coming back. The food was also really really good. I had creamy beef with mushroom and a side of rice. Such a comfort meal and with this chilly weather, you will love it. The portions are filling as well. Also the view is amazing, especially at night. I will keep coming back.

Serving time is a bit slow, but I was all ahead of the skillful Somali taste, which is not a patch on any normal cafe. My epiphany to feel was occuring before entering when looking at the big board logo at the entrance. Several unique kinds of lemonade, skillfully decorated culinaries, a special excellent view from the windows on the top floor, well maintained seats and table and nice interiors, which made me get a great zing to it.
