Mycafe Vientiane — Restaurant in Vientiane Capital

I came here because I ordered once through foodpanda. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese with no ham. The order comes out without any bacon. (Could have been a language barrier (I send it back). I asked for extra bacon because I didn't want want the ham. They bring it back out again, this time the bacon is completely RAW, the fact they couldn't comprehend that was a problem is a red flag. I had to tell them through translation "the bacon is raw, its not even brown". They take it back again and no extra bacon, on 1 inch thick bread as well as a messy wet sandwich with 4 peices of lettuce and 3 tomatoes on 1 sandwich. They had ketchup on the sandwich as well. The fries were saturated in grease like they just left them in the grease. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T GO EITHER. I should have known when I was the only person ordering food, everyone else...

August 2024 update: Their food has improved, with the seasoning much more balanced. They've also expanded their menu with dishes such as pad thai and Chinese kale with crispy pork.
