The best coffee I have had in Laos thus far. Traveling from the north, the coffee has been a bit disappointing so far but this place really hits the spot. We ordered an iced dark roast and a hot medium roast and they were both so flavorful and not overly bitter. The staff is very friendly and they even sell cute local crafts from the Coi people. The vibe of the coffee shop is relaxed and quiet, making it a good place to read a book or sit and enjoy your coffee in peace. Make sure to check out the temple around the corner as well… Wat Si Muang. The temple is gorgeous and you can get blessed by monks if you arrive early in the morning

This is my favorite cafe in Vientiane. It embodies the peace and beauty of Laos and serves some of the best quality coffee in the area. The waitstaff are kind and helpful, and the minimalist Japanese-inspired aesthetic with a classic Lao twist - local coffees, teas, and woven coasters- create a wonderful and unique cafe experience you can only get in Vientiane. Scones are amazing, too-- soft, buttery, and warm. Get them with the cream and honey + a dark roast drip coffee and you won't regret it!! Just note, there is no wifi. But a great place to read a book.

The coffee here might be the best I’ve ever had in the world — and that’s not hyperbole. I heard the owner has a PhD in coffee cultivation, and if that’s true it definitely shows. What also shows when witnessing the staff make coffee is their dedication to their craft. The scones are also outstanding, the service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is tasteful and perpetually peaceful. Definitely worth a visit — or many.

Went there today. Ordered a large medium roast coffee which cost 30,000 kip. It was actually just a normal mug size. I asked the staff if the coffee was refillable and she said yes. But when I asked for a second cup she said that I have to pay again. 30,000 kip is actually expensive compared to other cafes in Vientiane. And you pay this much for one mug without refill... Coffee tastes okay; decent but not amazing. The round chairs with no back support are not very comfortable; the entire cafe is small and crowded. Overall experience was not amazing; probably...
