KwakInn Dome, beļģu krogs — Restaurant in Riga

We always look for resturants with good reviews. This one had very good ones so we thought it would be good. Very good choices of beer. But as someone else wrote, the prices was different in the menu's than on the website. We had a beef stew and fish & chips. Small portions but okay. The beef stew was pretty good but the fish & chips were very soggy. We explained to the staff that the fish was soggy and she went in to tell the chef's, when she came back she said that we could get a new one or discount. We said we could take the discount. We still had more than half of glass beer left and thought that we maybe could have another drink. But the staff came back with the check and slammed it on the table and didn't even look at us (even though we didn't ask for it) so we paid and felt that they more or less...

Location - can't get better than this. Place - very crammed yet has it charm. Service - great, very friendly. Prices - amazing for the Old town. Respect for this and not making tourist trap out of this place which still would probably attract people. Atmosphere - not ideal because of limited space also noticed that in many cases customers were Russians / Russian speaking and with combination of beer they were very very loud and even aggressive.

On a good summer day / evening - recommend, preferably during weekdays not Friday/weekend when place...

Brazenly tried to scam us. We were 4 people, and once the bill arrived at the end, for one type of beer they charged 6x while we clearly had and counted 5x. They refused to admit a mistake, said "its impossible" and only after being pressured more they actually did check it in the system and were forced to admit that we were right, but they still did NOT apologize about their mistake. The staff obviously looked pissed at that point, and once we paid and left, they didn't even look at us, didn't even...
