The ‘Pica LuLū’ is a pizza restaurant in the heart of the RIGA city in front of the Galleria shopping mall. It is open 24 hours.

Sitting at any table indoors, you have a fantastic view of the kitchen where you can see the chefs working. Simple and elegant, two separate sections. The outdoor dining area has cosy tables, and a chairs canopy gives a good sun shade. The indoor dining area is stunning and air-conditioned. Around twenty to twenty-five, people can easily have their meal without worrying.

The food was warm. Absolutely everything I tasted in the meal melted in my mouth. Everything was of the highest quality and taste. The Kebab(Kebaba) Pizza was delicious. The best Pizza I had while visiting RIGA, without a doubt. The cheese was creamy and drizzled over the top of the Pizza, and the cheese/kebab/vegetable proportions were perfect. Considering the quality of the meals, the price is reasonable. I would order this again.

Staff members are always friendly. I clarified the differences between the pizzas, and the staff helped me strongly speak the English language. Members are also great and always efficient, happy and polite.

The prices aren't cheap for what you're getting but having access to it any time you want somewhat makes up for it.

The recent redesign of the cafe made it a bit of a logistical nightmare, disturbing the queue placement and forcing patrons to awkwardly maneuver around people who are already eating to for a line along the counter.

Overall - if it's daytime and your legs aren't falling off, I'd recommend trying any of the many better cafés and restaurants around. But if it's late and nothing's open, then this place is a saving grace and...

Ordering a whole pizza takes about 20-25 minutes.
