This Place Doesn't Need A Name Šķūņu - Pancakes & Burgers — Restaurant in Riga

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this breakfast restaurant, primarily due to the shockingly poor service and attitude of the staff. Upon arriving with my companion, I asked if we could sit at an available table. Instead, we were directed to the bar—an area that doubled as a kitchen sink. It looked kinda unsanitary and simply disgusting, and I can't imagine anyone wanting to eat their breakfast there. I asked again about the free table I had initially referred to. The waitress responded, "Yes, but we'll have to relocate you if a larger group comes in." This was baffling, as the table wasn’t particularly large—suitable for two, maybe three people, but certainly not more. This made little sense, and the way it was communicated left us feeling unwelcome. We decided to simply leave. To add to the confusion, as we were walking out, the same waitress offered a supposedly smaller table to another pair of guests who had just arrived. Perhaps there was some logic behind their seating arrangements that I failed to grasp, but from a customer service perspective, it was just abhorrent. I would never consider visiting this place again and don't recommend it to anyone...

I went in , the waitress welcomed me . I aske for menu , after some minutes, she came and took the order, I order croissant with salmon and a fresh orange juice. After 5-6 minutes the juice came , I was waiting for the food, after 30 minutes I asked the waitress that is being a some time that I order , .At the restaurant it was only two others tables one 4 persons and one 2 persons, they had already there drinks. I guy probably a manager or something, check my order. The waitress came and told me in 5 minutes the plate will be ready. After the 5 minutes the waitress came and told me that one of the ingredients is out of stock. And if it is ok from me to change. I lost my willingness to eat so I asked to cancel the food. Brilliant food but such a different experience on the second day we went. Based on the first day, would have given 5 stars, but if it was based on the second day alone, it would have been 1 star. The waitress on the second day was completely overwhelmed. They had 2 different prices on different menus and the price we were charged was different again. All we were told is that prices changed since yesterday (when we were last there). We asked to speak to the manager and she did not know what to do, and we had to leave without speaking to anyone. There was another customer there who was demanding things that impacted the other customers (closing blinds, opening windows etc), and at no time was anyone else there asked if they are ok with it.
