Very very bad experience Wouldn’t recommend at all Taste was very bad

They put on the menu that they use cheddar cheese while they put “cheddar sauce”

Service is very bad When we entered no one welcomed us, and fhe waiter kept forgetting things

we had to ask about 3 times to get our drinks

When we asked about sauces to add with the mozzarella sticks: most of them weren’t available. So we told the waiter to put the sauce that usually comes with the mozzarella sticks and they got us cheddar sauce

Next we asked go add honey mustard sauce instead, the taste was only mustard 😅

As for the burgers: We order the two specialities burger: the beef one was full of of cocktail sauce & cheddar sauce: taste is very bad

As for the fried chicken: they put 3 or 4 crispy chicken instead of 1 breast of chicken and it was full of mayonnaise and cheddar sauce which...

Save yourself the disappointment and skip this place. We ventured in with hopes of juicy burgers and satisfying portions, but what we got was a far cry from the hype. The burgers were mediocre at best with ingredients not mentioned on the menu (ex: mushrooms) and the occasional hair. And don't even get me started on the "generous" portions advertised. And to top it off, the only beverage option was an unknown brand of soda with no other options. Honestly, I can't find a single redeeming quality about this place. The place is cozy with a pleasant atmosphere. We tried their specialty, the Backfire Burger, and it did not disappoint! The meat was cooked perfectly, and the portion was generous. The price includes a double patty, fries, and a drink for just $14, which is great value.

We also ordered the loaded fries with mushroom sauce, and they were absolutely delicious. Prices generally range between $8-$14 per person, making it an affordable option.
