Mosso Bistro — Restaurant in Klaipėda

I spent the past 6 months living here in Klaipeda for work and have eaten at almost every restaurant worth its weight and cannot say enough about Mosso!

My work lets me travel the world and see, hear and taste what every country has to offer.

The food: Thoughtfully crafted and comprised of quality ingredients and unique and delicious flavors. The menu changes and remains fresh and relevant to ingredients and flavor profiles which is a welcomed change to the majority of fixed menus within the area.

Pricing is extremely reasonable considering the quality and taste of each and every dish. Be especially on the lookout for the hand crafted desserts that pair well with a great selection of wine, a cocktail or a hot cup of delicious coffee.

The location: Nested on the channel, you have beautiful views of the sea and with plenty of parking available. Walking distance to Old Town, coffee shops, etc.

The staff/crew: The staff are above and beyond. Every time we walk in we are welcomed with warm smiles and attentive service. The bar service is quick, the chef takes time where needed with special attention to the sequence of how you want your meals/snacks so everything arrives as it should. You feel like a member of the Mosso family as you sit down for a meal or have a cocktail at the bar. The owner ensures your experience is one that will keep you coming back.

The atmosphere: Probably the most important part is at the forefront of the restaurant’s strengths. The cozy seating, perfectly lit with ambient music sets the tone for an enjoyable e brunch or evening with friends. The warm and inviting space is one that keeps you here sipping tea after a fantastic meal and ensures your return.

Again, words cannot describe the experiences I have had here of my time and I found myself here almost nightly tasting everything the menu had to offer. You would be mistaken not to take in a nice walk or drive to see this cozy local space and enjoy every moment t of your time spent while seated...

A jewel, a delight, and out of this world. We never expected to find a restaurant like this in such a small city. This town should be proud of having a restaurant like this. For a moment we thought we were in a restaurant of Bilbao, Barcelona, or Lisboa. And only for a fraction of the price that you would pay in those cities. The food is superb, the service exquisite, and the decoration cozy, elegant, and relaxed. We had 3 amazing starters with octopus, croquetas, and cheese balls. All decorated with care. We had the smoked onion soup, the best I have had. And I finished with the BBQ ribs, the meat was so soft you could pull out the bone with a single hand. Thanks for this day's dinner.✨️ We were served by a guy with blond hair - the man is in the right place, the contact came from the first time he came, service and care at the highest level, a huge thank you to him. The food was a veritable peak of pleasure that we had not yet seen. I particularly appreciated the fact that the waiter and the chef worked together and adapted all the food to me, because I should not eat anything spacy at the moment. It gave me a great deal of gratitude. The best place in Klaipeda, let us tell everyone. I don't even know or it's possible to write all the thrills and stunning feelings created by both staff and food.❤️
