Fast Lunch Cafe — Restaurant in Trakai

I recently had a terrible experience at a café due to an arrogant owner. From the moment I walked in, he seemed annoyed by my presence and made no effort to hide it. When I tried to ask a question about the free table next to windows, he answered that table is free ONLY for eating people. I asked "So what I am not a human?" He angrily answered "It is for family only". I said but cafe ia totally empty, why can't I have lunch there?" He angrily repeated "It is reserved for eating family only". Instead of tryinf to find a solutio, the waiter became defensive and even raised his voice. It was clear that he had no interest in providing good customer service and was more concerned with asserting his superiority. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that café anytime soon and do not recommend anyone if you want to safe a good...

I recently had an absolutely terrible experience at a restaurant and would strongly advise others not to visit this place. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly arrogant and unwelcoming. The atmosphere was tense, and the staff seemed just as uncomfortable as the customers. To make matters worse, the food was incredibly expensive and not at all worth the price. I could tell that the restaurant was trying to be upscale, but the execution was all wrong. The dishes were uninspired and lacked any real flavor. To top it all off, the owner was rude and dismissive when we brought up our concerns. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this restaurant and find somewhere...

Go if you want to put yourself into a danger. I ordered a milkshake and it had a plastic piece inside. So I called the owner and gave it to him then he said “Okay” and he did nothing else. I didn’t take a picture of the plastic piece so I searched into the milkshake and I found another plastic piece. It could be very dangerous if I swallowed it. Also, as I see the reaction of the owner, it’s not very first time there was a plastic piece in the drink. If you go there, be careful of ‘something’ in your drink.
