Update: once a great place has turned into a big dissapointment. Location is the main good thing that is left of it. Poor staff training and their rotation take all the stars away. The atmosphere has changed. Be prepared they will try to make you pay for the mistakes they make themsleves when putting through the order. Big pub (at least 3 different level seating areas inside + bar) located in an alley of an old town, literally just round the corner off the main tourist route. Have lovely outdoor seating during warm season. Often small live concerts are held there in the evenings. In terms of menu, they have a good pizza for a pub with special deals on Sundays. Overall menu is very nice and prices really don't bite considering location. Reletively wide selection of beer. Kids and dogs friendly. Some of the girls working there are amazing (Gintare is one of them but not the only one, sorry girls, don't know your names yet), patient and very friendly with the little people and attentive to customers. I totally love this place! Every time I visit Artistai restaurant I leave with even better impression than before. All of the hot meals are quite cheap and truly good quality. The portions are decent as well, especially pica's and lasagna's. Most of the beer has a standard price of 3€. Cocktails go from 6€ and above (You must try the Piná Colada, hands down the best one in town). Deserts are great as well. Usually I stumble upon some locally organised mind games there. And I was really surprised when I came over in the quarantine period to have a few drinks in their back yard and they had a DJ with some funky vibes. Just a perfect place to spend an evening, if you're searching for a place to have a romantic dinner, or even if you just came for a regular drink. Service is neat as well. Super BLOGA patirtis Vilniaus restorane "Artistai" Šių metų Liepo 21 dieną (22:35) teko lankytis Vilniaus Klube – Restorane „Artistai“ UAB ETMONAI, Šv. Kazimiero 3, Vilniuje. Prieš užsisakant maisto paklausėm: ar virtuvė vis dar atvira maisto užsakymui ?…..gavus teigiamą atsakymą užsisakėme: “Užkeptos daržovės su suriu” ir “Spageti su kumpiu ir pamidorais”. Maisto atnešimas netruko ilgai. Tik vietoj mano “Spageti su kumpiu ir pomidorais” man buvo pateikti įprasti makaronai su kumpiu ir sūriu. Aš kiek suabejojau atneštais makaronais, bet momentiškai pagalvojau: gal tikrai pats susimaišiau. Ir tada mano kolegė pastebėjo, kad aš tikrai užsisakiau spageti, o ne makaronų. Tad pakviečiau prieiti mus aptarnaujančią labai mielą ir super profesionaliai dirbančią padavėją: Agatą. Agata patvirtino, kad mano užsakymas buvo spageti, ne makaronai, tačiau “Artistai” direktorė Renata Žydelienė yra liepusi paruošti makaronus, o ne spageti. Padavėja Agata savo iniciatyva pasiūlė pakalbėti su vyrėju ir galbūt man bus atneštas mano užsisakytas patiekalas, o ne tai ką yra nurodžiusi direktorė Renata Žydelienė. Agata paėmė ankščiau atneštus makaronus ir labai greit atnešė mano užsakytus spageti. Kilo klausimas kodėl aplamai įvyko ši situacija ir kodėl “Artistai” direktorė Renata Žydelienė taip pasielgė su manimi – lankytoju ir savo darbuotojais: vyrėju ir padavėja Agata ? Aš tikrai nemanau, kad direktorė R. Žydelienė būtų taip vienašališkai ir neetiškai pasielgusi su užsieniečiais lankytojais savo darbuotojų akivaizdoje. Aš esu labai dėkingas padavėjai Agatai ir vyrėjui – jie atliko savo darbą super profesionaliai ir diplomatiškai, tačiau Direktorės Renatos Žydelienės elgesys yra žeminantis, neetiškas ir neprofesionalus tiek mūsų – lankytojų, tiek savo darbuotojų atžvilgiu. P.S. jei pastebėjote: Svečių kiekis nurodytas - 0, nors mes buvome dviese, bet gal ir čia "svečių" kiekis buvo nurodytas Direktorės...
