We visited this place on November 17th ~ 16:30 to 18:00, and while we usually enjoy this place, this particular visit was not very pleasant. Here's why:
We ordered pizza and seafood soup. According to the menu, the seafood soup was described as a red seafood soup served with lemon and ciabatta. However, the soup was lukewarm and not red at all—there was no tomato or anything to give it the expected color or flavor. Instead, it resembled something like a bland soup of the day with just one shrimp, one mussel etc... and a frozen vegetable mix. ~10 Euro per portion. Come on! My wife decided to eat it anyway because we were hungry, but it was disappointing. We did not mention this to the server...
Adding to the odd experience, when my beer was served, I later discovered a piece of mozzarella cheese stuck to the bottom of the glass. It was clearly there before I poured the beer because it was firmly attached. I mentioned this to the server, who by the way was very polite. My next beer was served with a whiskey glass (strange, right?). I believe it would be nice if this situation would be resolved with some kind of discount or apology or any response. Well, nevermind. Still, the waiter was a very pleasant guy!
That said, it wasn't all bad. The pizza was tasty, and after the disappointing soup, my wife ordered pasta, which she enjoyed. We know this place can do much better.
We still love Casa Dela Pasta and understand that mistakes happen. We’ll return and believe things will be back to the excellent standard we’re used to. Perhaps more control in the kitchen that day would have...

We have travelled in over 60 countries and eaten a lot of Italian food and in a lot of restaurants. This place rated poorly for food and service.
They forgot to bring our drink order until reminded. In fact, the wine hadn't been ordered. The servers mostly ignored us when we tried to get their attention. The pizza was not cut into slices and we were not given anything to cut it with. My wife's sparkling water was spilled on me by the server. There was some loss from the bottle. There was no offer to replace it and almost an expectation that we would dry the table etc.
We were seated under the speakers and the music was loud jarring pop music.
We went there because my wife is gluten intolerant. It is the worst gluten free pizza we have ever had. It was doughy, was stuck to the "pan" and as mentioned earlier not even sliced into pieces. It tasted very average.

We waited sooo long, I have a very strong medicine that needs to be taken with food that I couldn't safely eat as both pasta dishes (both my gluten-free and regular) arrived cold and I cannot eat cold starch or gluten. Only husband's (gluten) pizza was warm, which arrived before the pasta. With all the disorganisation between floor/kitchen I even lost confidence in my pasta being gluten-free. Was told nonchalantly it would be a 15 minute wait for anything else - I don't have 15 mins, I have a very strong pill burning a hole in my stomach lining cause this staff can't manage a half-empty restaurant. Celiacs/Gluten Intolerant people, I highly recommend the Livin...
