I was here for the first time and was lured in by the photos on Google.

The dishes are offered in two sizes, medium and large, without any information about size, weight, or a pictured example. When I asked the waiter how big or heavy the medium size was, I was told that medium is for women and large is for men. Is that sufficient information? In any case, it felt like playing roulette when it came to the portion sizes.

I ordered a beef steak (large), goat cheese, and turkey liver (large).

The dish was served (see attached photo). Turkey liver 03/10 = I tried turkey liver for the first time. I love liver, like from beef for example, and was very surprised that turkey liver looks and tastes more like turkey breast? Beef steak 8/10 = the portion size was of course a guessing game, but at least medium was medium. Goat cheese 9/10 = as it should be.

I wasn’t even half full, so I ordered again. This time, another beef steak (again large), goat cheese in large (two pieces instead of one in medium), and a beef skewer 2 pieces.

The waitress was very annoyed that I ordered again and pointed out that the preparation would take 40 minutes.

After about 40 minutes, I was served the food.

Beef steak 1/10 = instead of medium, I got medium well to well done.

I had to wait about 10 minutes before I could finally reach a waiter to express my doubts about the steak. I asked the waitress if the steak was medium or rather medium well, and she responded: "I don’t know, I don’t eat steak."

If a waitress in a restaurant that sells steak doesn’t know if the steak is medium, then she should change jobs. If I were the owner or chef, I would have fired such staff on the spot.

Beef skewer 5/10 = A bit bland.

Goat cheese 9/10 = as one usually knows it.

Lastly, I received a bill in Lithuanian (I don’t speak Lithuanian) that contained several items I didn’t even understand. I paid, thanked them, and kept my opinion about the restaurant to myself.

My conclusion:

The restaurant 5/10 = has the potential to be good (location, atmosphere, decor, etc.), but the service is very weak! Service 2/10 = slow, annoyed, overwhelmed, clueless when it comes to complaints. Quality of the food 5/10 = neither particularly bad nor...

When arriving the restaurant, I wait to be seated, and this takes about 5 minutes before any employee comes. This indicates that they are short staffed, or very busy.

I find my table and it takes another 10 minutes before they bring the menus.

After ordering it surprisingly takes only 4-5 minutes before the foods come.

When the staff get a break, they seat them self and playing with the mobile, so it is very difficult to get in touch with them. But if they are under staffed as I implied, then I understand that they takes their brakes.

But, I think this is only systematic, that the owner under staffed the restaurant!

The price is very cheap, 9.5 eruo for a meal and a drink

I try always to leave a tip, because almost everywhere in the world the waiter depends on it. But when I try to pay with credit card, I can only pay the meal with card, and are represented with another digital unknown tip method. I didn't trust the tip process.

Other places in Vilnius it's possible to give tip by payment with credit card.

I am sorry to give so bad review, but this is...

Today, for a special occasion I decided to have lunch in this restaurant, but it seems that it was the worst decision I could make. My friends came here a bit earlier than me, and they were seated to a table with 3 chairs. When I came few minutes later, the waitress started rudely explaining, how it is against the rules of the restaurant to move the empty chair from a neighbouring table. It is obvious, that the person, who made up those stupid rules doesn’t care about the comfrot and good experience of the customer at all. The waitresses also didn’t show any signs of empathy towards this situations. I have never felt so disrespected in the restaurant and the only option I had was to leave. My mood was ruined, and I had to choose the restaurant of the concurrents in order to have a more pleasant experience. I will never come back to this place that doesn’t event pretend to care about their customers at all! Wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for...

Resume: you need to spend 2.5-3 h here to get your order. We traveled throughout Lithuania for a week and we saw Grill London in a number of cities - there was always a line in front of it! And we finally decided to visit and have a look what is there. So we waited in a line for 40 min, but finally got inside. Football game Southampton Tottenham was just about to start. 10' We ordered our food 76' We were informed that they didnt have what we ordered, so we were asked to choose something different 90'+4' Southampton wins 1-0 15 min after the play end we get our food - which is absolutely not bad! So, from order to get food it took almost 2 hours.

Very cozy place with delicious meat options at good prices. I was impressed by their service, food quality and options. When you pick a meat, one side and one sauce is included. The steak is very yummi and chimichurri sauce is great. I also recommend their homemade ice tea! One plus: I really enjoyed the paying system. You scan a QR code and also your colleagues (if the case), and each can pick what was chosen and pay separately. I really liked it as I have kids and it means I don't have to wait for staff to bring the check. It's really nice!
