Quick Summary: Worth a detour if you are looking for a solid American style smash burger. The owner clearly knows his burgers. Good tender meat with perfect crust, juicy potato bun, good pickles and savoury sauces. The place is simple and straight forward, staff are not super friendly but neither are they rude. Place to fo for a good burger. If you’re out for a romantic evening, go somewhere else 🙈

Detailed review: Ordered the Truffle burger and the Cheese Burger. Both had perfect potato bun, amazing and tender meat with a very deep crust. Since it’s smashed burger I recommend a double patty to get a good meat to bread ratio.

The truffle burger was very tasty. Clear taste of truffle mixed with the sweetness from the perfectly caramelised onions. I was not a fan of the salad inside, would be better with a thinly sliced crispy lettuce similar to what you get in a big mac.

The cheese burger was a little bit messy but very savoury. Sauce was running everywhere. Pickles were very good, sauce was tasty. I would change the they way the salad as cut to improve the texture and experience eating the burger. Just as for the truffle burger I would prefer a thinly sliced lettuce.

For someone that likes a classic burger I recommend the cheeseburger. If you like a sweeter profile, go for the truffle.

The place is quite simple, service could improve. Food is solid and this is the best smashed burger I ever came...

Went for the double cheeseburger and fries as there were a lot of good reviews on Google maps.

English menu is available on the counter. The staff also kindly spoke in English.

The drink selection has recently switched from Coca-Cola products to a Pepsi lineup.

The burger meat was tender, but incredibly thin (about 4mm per slice), with its flavours being overpowered by the sauce. The potato bun adds a nice sweetness to the overall flavour profile.

The burgers are very good, but the service is poor and the prices inadequate. Prices for a burger with fries 10-15€ + 2.5€ drink. For this kind of money, the service should be ideal and pleasant, which was very lacking when we visited. The cashier apparently works for a few hundred and has no culture or understanding of what her job should look like. The chief is cool, the only one there who knows his way around the world, makes delicious food, but the prices for a 75g meat patty and a bun with a slice of cheese...
