Mainline Sports Bar — Restaurant in Hot Springs

This place was a wreck. We came in & got seat at a high top but decided to move to the seating area with the virtual games. The waitress, Sarah, told us that she would no longer be able to serve us, gave us our checks, & told us another waitress would be with us shortly. We paid for our food & first rounds of drinks with Sarah & sat in the virtual game area. All is well, the manager came over & set up the game but never started our time- which caused confusion later bc they charge per hour for the games. We order a few rounds of drinks, play the game, watch the football game. Later, when we go to check out for the second time, our new waitress, Shannon, handed us a bill with extra charges, including the meals we already paid for with the previous waitress, 2 meals that we did not order, & extra drinks (we ordered 2 buckets with 4 drinks a piece & were charged for the two buckets + four extra beers). She argued with us & said she’ll just “take the L” when we told her we were not paying for food we never ordered. We ended up still paying for the extra drinks & the meals we already paid for + the two extra random meals were taken off the bill. She also said that our previous waitress was DRINKING ON THE JOB, misinformed us about our ticket previously because she was intoxicated, & she could not go back & verify what we had already paid for bc the other waitress left. Again, she said she would “take the L” on that bc she served it to us and she didn’t get to make a profit i guess. The kicker?- we literally saw the other waitress 2 minutes later, she had not left, she was still hosting. We cashed out after dealing with Shannon’s awful attitude & lies. We left a $9 tip on a $180 bill (way less than we normally would) & Shannon came up to us afterwards & asked where she went wrong & why we tipped her so...

As much as I wanted to be excited and thought I would give them a try while they were promoting the $12 steak night. Let's just say you get what you pay for, it was the worst toughest piece of leather steak I've ever had, it would not cause me to ever want to come back to that restaurant in the casino. If this was a promotion to bring people into the casino on a slow night y'all should just close down and not even bother being open. The green beans were chewy that came with it and old tasting as well as the mashed potatoes tasted like instant. If this was the tease me in to come try and get me excited about coming back again and enjoy the sports bar they've lost me as a customer. As a solo eater, I sat at the bar. Was immediately serviced by the bartender and was able to get a drink quickly. I don’t know the bartenders name but she had short brown hair and tattoos. Really cool girl and super nice! Also very quick to service. I got the chicken nachos as well as the buffalo garlic wings. Both were VERY good, possibly some of the best I’ve ever had. Portion size for the nachos was MASSIVE! Would definitely come back here again! Priced fairly.
