McDonald's Petronas Ampang DT — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

I have to say I have been going to this MCD ever since because they always upkeep their food quality. Fries always hot, staff super friendly and environment is cozy.

Ever since the Petronas done renovating the MCD is somehow affected. I'm not even kidding. Food from warm and fresh fries to cold and hard. Burger givin the wrong bun. Not to forget, burger suppose to come with pickle, and onion. They already gave the wrong bun and now no onion and pickle. They refunded us. Recently went last week, fries depending when you get. Back then the mccafe counter would be super clean and well maintained. Now the staff will play phone than clear up the place. They even try to cut the time of using the sauce pump and pour directly from the bottle. So lazy now.

1st order Cold fries Nugget don't come in a box (no sauce as well) Oh look wrong bun again!!

It's so sad their quality has dropped so much. I've always looked forward coming here but seems like every other mcd. I brag to friends how this is the beet mcd ever. Sad to say won't even drive 20mins for this quality if it continues on. MANAGEMENT DO...

My friends drive thru there to buy foods. It took so long for the order to be done which is i understand that we bought a lot. But, what made me angry is when the order got messed up. Which is a lot of the set like Ayam Goreng Set, i want it Hash Brown instead of Fries but, they didn't changed the Fries but ADD ON Hash Brown in the order. We've got 2 Strawberry Sundae, 1 Chocolate Sundae instead of 1 Strawberry Sundae, 2 Chocolate Sundae. And all the Sundae was ADD ON! We don't want a fries. We tried to just let it go but, the services are really bad and rude! They didnt even give a cup holder when we 6 cups of coke. When we asked about it, they just shook his head without saying anything. They also gave us wrong drink that making us to go back to get Milo. Well, to be honest, one of my friend witnessed where the staff that served us got scold by their manager. We really feel glad for that. Just sharing this, hoping this branch of Mcd have a better services. Not a perfect but, good and...

Made a quick pitstop to get some Mcflurrys and the oreo ones were good. The new brown suger with tapioca bubble were really really disappointed. Not chewy, tasted bland and overall not that good. If the drive thru has long queue, just make a quick stop and ordered inside with their ordering machine. Always check some good deals from the McD app. Can pay with any major e-wallet apps.

Update: The worst mcd i have ever been to! Ordered porridge, after waited more than 25 mins, then only informed porridge not yet ready. Then why was still in the menu to order??? Ordered via mcd app for dine in, all food arrived after 25 mins after multiple asking where is my order. Prepare food on tray incomplete, no tissue, nuggets without sauce, happy meal without toy. Really do not understand the poor standards shown here....
