✨ Overall Experience: A quiet, comfortable café with good food and drink variety — but a few minor downsides.

🅿️ Parking: Parking is a challenge. My brother had to circle around 3 times before finding a spot nearby (less than a minute’s walk). Might be easier on weekdays.

⏱️ Ordering & Waiting: I pre-ordered using the app, which helped save time. Coffee was ready when I arrived, and our full order was served within ~15 minutes on a convenient small tray. The staff managed everything efficiently, even though only one person was at the front counter.

🍽️ Dine-In: • Plenty of seating, only a few other customers around — calm and quiet atmosphere. • The sandwich was served warm — a comforting touch. • They only provide one packet of chili sauce by default (even upon request), which may not be enough for some.

🔌 Amenities: • Lots of power sockets (great for charging devices) • 2 sinks and 1 toilet available inside • Cozy for working or relaxing

Had lunch with my wife in the restaurant. Ordered a burger set along with a set of toastie. Food was okay but honestly not worth the price paid (quite pricey).

I was baffled with the policy of limited chili sauce packet per order though. I requested for some sauce and was only given 2 packets since the staff mentioned to me that the chili sauce was limited to only 2 since we ordered 2 sets.

Considering the expensive price range, it was unacceptable to limit the chili sauce provided to customers, especially not 2.

Needless to say that was my first and last time going to bask bear, well at least for...

I’m surprise that we’re the only customer during that time. But as I look at the menu, no wonder its empty, its quiet expensive. I like the ambience here, very modern look. The foods and drinks here are amazing, worth paying. The boss / manager gave us free coffee cz I did complaint about not getting the free coffee as soon as I did the servay. Cashier should have mention it as he saw our situation. But kudos for that boss, hence I rated 5 star for the overall experience. Will come back cz it...
