A new experience at Hilton's Urban Kitchen.

Cereal King Prawn came with stir-fry broccoli and mushroom and Grilled Salmon was memorably delicious and flavorful.

The Oxtail Bouillon was light and tasty. Full of flavours.

The seabass on Pla Rad Prik was crispy delicious but needed the extra gravy.

Som Tam needs acidity. Satay lilit chicken meat was tender. The sambal is not too spicy.

Thai Butter Rice was fragrant and yummy.

Masala Chai Creme Brulee 🤤🤤🤤 How can one move on from that? The most memorable dessert!

Umm Ali is a type of Egyptian Bread Pudding was interesting. Sweet, love when u get the bits of Pistachio. Somehow it gave me nestum kinda taste 🤔.

We love the ambience, smiling and happy chefs & staff throughout. Great varieties of CNY dishes, especially the deserts.

Must try - Fishmaw/crabmeat soup. 8 treasures duck. Roasted chicken, ribs, steam seabass, all salads and deserts.

Hilton food recommended by the Waitress: Ngau Chap have no taste of beef soup- seems more of water and oil with boiled everything (is the Chef hired on a RM1000.00 salary??), even after putting some seasoning its not worthy for a 'Hilton' Waitress and Supervisor alike just chatted away at the counter, I had to walk to them to get something. My first impression to my guest was Ruined :( :(
