I recently used your mini program to order two cups at 2:33 PM and waited for over 30 minutes. Despite having around 10 staff at your Tamam Sahabat Kuching branch, most of them were idle, causing queues to stagnate for more than 15 minutes. After patiently waiting for another 10 minutes, I inquired around 3 PM and was informed that there was no more milk foam. When I asked how long the wait would be, the staff initially walked away but eventually filled up the milk foam without offering an explanation. So I went to ask further, they mentioned concerns about the foam's quality and planned to wait for a new batch, but since I couldn't wait any longer, they used the remaining old foam without confirming my preference. The quantity and quality of the milk foam were also subpar. Waited for more than 30 minutes, and just received an apologies ? Even complain to your customer service sounds useless too. The environments for tables and toilets were very bad too, such as having so many staffs and unable to allocate them to clean up & flood waters...

Hi. I am a tourist and wanted to try their product on 2 seperate occasions. One by the lake/park and the other shop at spring shopping mall. Shocking service and staff attitude. Firstly they don’t take cash which is a problem for a tourist (like me) who has no access to local Apps. On the first occasion their system were down so on the spot online ordering wasn’t possible. The staff there couldn’t care less and offered no alternative. I asked if I could access their wifi so that I could try logging in its app system but they weren’t helpful. The spring incident was comical. We were standing right in front on the counter waited must have been 2 mins, but the staff was busy checking her phone orders. So seems like physical customers aren’t that important anymore nowadays. The least you can do is an acknowledgement. I uttered “excuse me” to grab her attention which she replied in Bahasa to the effect of“ please wait I am busy”. Very disappointing. We just abruptly moved on. What has customer service gone. Wouldn’t touch this store with...

A hangout spot where all local and tourist should hangout!!!!! The Branding of Chagee really complements the theme of tea house in the middle of the Taman Sahabat and gave them a refreshed design.

The interior of the tea house has minimal design and is spacious to walk around and do your work.

The tea house also provide clean and well designed toilets where usually in the parks don’t really have clean toilet to use.

The service is fast and efficient. The Tie Guan Yin Bubble Tea is very nice and taste exactly like it is named. There many ranges of tea based drinks to choose from which is healthier when compared to other bubble tea branches. The tea house and the park is very well maintained and have security guards to patrol the areas.

Overall, one of the best friendly environment spot to chill with friends...
