Signature Herbal Rice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big portions of brown rice and soup. Ingredients like assorted mushrooms and veggie fill to the brim of the bowl. The herbal soup thick and aromatic so comforting to soul 😌

Signature Herbal Brown Rice Bihun ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So full and satisfied even though it’s noodle but the portion equally generous! Loved the variety mushrooms that gives different bites and texture each mouth with my bihun!

Vegetarian Fish Head Brown Rice Vermicelli ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big portions and lots of deep fried vegetables as sides. Loved their batter so fragrant. The soup rather bland bit.

I've had the opportunity to dine at the Idealite Queensbay Mall, Pulau Tikus and the Headquarters at e-gate. While the three locations offer similar vegetarian fare, the dining experience varies significantly.

Conclusion is I prefer Idealite Headquarters (e-gate), simply because:

Taste: A delightful surprise! The food is flavorful, healthy, and satisfying.

Variety: A wide range of delicious main courses and side dishes to choose from.

Service: The friendly and knowledgeable manager, Ms. Harmony, provides excellent recommendations. Must look for her when you plan to visit this restaurant.

Overall: If you're looking for a satisfying and delicious vegetarian meal, I highly recommend visiting the Idealite Headquarters at e-gate. The food quality, taste, and service are top-notch.

Very disappointed services. 10 of us arrived to the shop at 9pm, yet the staff told to sit out seems tables are full inside of the shop. Will get order 1st then if the tables are vacant will transfer. We made an order. 1 of the staff took the order and came back to me and told there are only 3 dishes available the rest finished. Fine! We ordered what they have. 5 minutes later the same staff came back and told the numbers of dishes had finished. And she can’t make it anymore. We mentioned it’s ok cancel the order. She act fast replied. OK cancel order. No concern at all. Never give a proper customer service to client. The last order supposed to be at 9.30pm. Atleast they should said that no more order taking on the time we arrived rather than make us waited for very long. The shop should obedient the time given....
