Secret Recipe E-Gate — Restaurant in George Town

I went to Secret Recipe branch at Egate just now.And I started stand in front the counter even though the staff have nothing to do just give me a stared.Then,I decided to call and my order was a Brownie.Everything is bad especially when I bite one,the brownie was taste like crunching sand🙂I decided to walk back and feedback it.Then the staff just told me the excuses need to heat ? Sorry if I feel wrong😀After heating the brownie,The taste still like the same…I just request to exchange not refund,then the staff told me it was not available.I just need an explain if the brownie need heat before,why they didnt do it for me and wasted my time to walk by again.Second,after my question,The girl just excuse to me because as normal brownie was just done by kitchen no need to heat again,but yours need to.

I was like？？？Means that the brownie was not fresh at all🙂I will complain to related department if I didnt...

Went on 13 Feb 2022,problem started when I enter the shop. Only 2 customer were dine in at that time. 1)the counter staff were busy over the phone while taking grab order. 2) Barista were making drinks. 3) another staff were busy folding box right behind those cakes and never bother or even entertain customer nor to look around. I ordered 1 slice of creme brulee cheesecake as the Barista encountered me. Those staff were had miscommunication among them or not bother to ask back again and packed 1 whole piece of cake and charged me Rm108. Once I clarified my 1 slice cake order, the staff were showing face and just put the cake on table and walk off without a single words without even providing cutlery. I was in to collect a birthday with appointment at 2pm , when I arrived 10 minutes early the staffs wad quite busy with orders so I just waited a while. Once they looked quite relaxed I went up to a guy and he said please wait, so I waited again. 20 minutes has passed and I tried asking them again, still the same answer I received was to wait. But luckily there was a customer as well which was waiting and I have a short conversation with the person and it was nice. Then only 40 minutes later I got my cake, in total I had to wait 40+ minutes just to "collect" my cake which was ordered in advance. My tip for people that wants to order a cake, just come and get it don't have to order, it will be the same outcome 😂😅. Please do improve with customer service as well if you...
